Return & Shipping Policies

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy which starts from the time you receive the item. (e.g. If the item arrives October 1, you have until October 30 to request the return.)

All returns require a receipt for proof of purchase.

All returns must be in the same condition as when purchased. All sealed items must still be in sealed, original packaging. Used items must match original selling condition (no cracks, damage, etc.).

To initiate a return request, you should contact us at Shea@piecebuypieccebrickco.com. If your return is eligible, we’ll provide a return label and further instructions. In certain circumstances the buyer may be responsible for original/return shipping or a restocking fee.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with any issues.

Shipping

We ship all items within two business days using the shipping method selected by the buyer with tracking. Transit times vary depending on the shipping provider and buyer location. Piece Buy Piece Brick Co. does not guarantee shipment times.
